Club Bulletin
Volume 34, Issue No. 14 - 12 October 2020
We had 10 members for a chat on Monday. It was a great opportunity to hear a joke from Stan, ideas for fundraising from Bob and Colin, the new rules for Bunnings BBQ’s, Alan’s car run and much more.
Congratulations to Carol for yet another article in Dooral Round Up. We will see if people donate goods for next year’s Garage Sale. Please ring a friend in our Rotary club as I wonder if there is a malaise in the club because of little face to face meetings. People are made for social interaction and luckily our Friendship lunches might just help fill the gap. Thanks to the mask selling gang ably led by Anne and Bev and thanks to the container moving gang led by David and Colin. Also, thanks to George and Tony C for joining the IT/ Zoom support group. There are many ways to be involved in a Covid safe environment within the club. Enjoy your week and I look forward to seeing you at our next meeting on October 12 when we will hear a member talk from Neville. Rosemary |

The Garage Sale 2019
We have just had our best and most successful Garage Sale on the weekend of 12 & 13 October raising a gross - north of $35k.
Excellent Project Management and a large number of dedicated volunteers, some putting in hours of effort, in the weeks before the weekend contributed to this result. |
