The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a professional and personal development program for members which started on the east coast of USA in 1992.
The overriding goal of the course for club Rotarians is to create enthusiasm for Rotary by opening up to them the world of Rotary outside of their own clubs and also showing them the great potential of Rotary service for the benefit of the world that can be furthered with excellent leadership in our clubs.
This year we are bringing you a revamped model with exciting new program, working in conjunction with RLI International as well as RLI across Australia and NZ to bring you the best.

LEVEL ONE: RLI New Member Orientation Program
Supporting clubs to help orientate new members to the Rotary World we are offering a 4-hour program which will help your new members to begin to understand our amazing organisation with some hands-on tips on how to navigate the vastness that is Rotary.
Cost: $15 via Zoom / $50 in Person

LEVEL TWO: RLI Cornerstone Program
This program seeks to have Rotary clubs identify members with more than 12 months Rotary experience, who show potential for future club leadership (within their club and beyond, not just as future presidents) so they can be provided a quality education in Rotary knowledge and leadership skills, unique to voluntary organisations, and then apply them with confidence.
Cost: $30 via Zoom (multiple sessions, 10 hrs in total)
This program seeks to have Rotary clubs identify members with more than 12 months Rotary experience, who show potential for future club leadership (within their club and beyond, not just as future presidents) so they can be provided a quality education in Rotary knowledge and leadership skills, unique to voluntary organisations, and then apply them with confidence.

Experienced Rotarians can take their leadership to the next level with advanced techniques. By bringing real opportunities to the workshop, participants can enhance their impact, through insights from the program and the peer coaching & mentoring from facilitators and fellow Rotarians.

This amazing course is delivered by a team of district facilitators with all support materials provided. It is usual for clubs to reimburse payment for their members to attend.
