I took the view on Tuesday that "It will happen."
Little did I know that I had to wait till Sunday!.

However, I can now tell you it is here - a new website - you are reading it.

Douglas arranged for the downloading of all the files from RotaryNews.Info.  It been a slow process of updating.  I am still going

RotaryNews.Info is down.   Our Editor has become a postman and delivered the Bulletin to all.
